I love your style in the use of vibrant colors and smaller details like Fluttershy's hair and shirt. The folds on RD's sweater does a nice job of outlining her figure without clinging to her body. I also like the chemistry between FLuttershy and Rainbow Dash in this picture as well.
However, there are a few persisting flaws I've seen throughout your works. Hands and joints. A lot of the joints, like the hands, arms and shoulders don't seem to meet with each other and the body properly, like they are dislocated.
Let's start with Fluttershy. Firstly, her hand does not seem to interact with the arm right. It looks as if it is a robot's hand wearing a human skin. As a result, her left forearm (On her right) looks out of place because the hand does not seem to meet with the arm and body. Even if we might not directly see where the joints meet, people can still see how they connect based on the segments. Fluttershy's right shoulder (On her left) looks disjointed, which looks like that because the top of the upper back is arching too far outward.
Rainbow Dash does not have many anatomical "errors". The only glaring flaw is her hand and connecting forearm. The palm looks a bit awkward. Same goes for the elbow on the connecting forearm. That could be remedied if the rolled up sleeved showed more deformation, turning towards us. Here, it is flat.
I think it might help if you refer to skeletal forms and how the muscles attach to the bones and how they function with each other. Drawing a mannequin form before starting the details like the faces and clothes. Even as a cartoon character, the body must follow set rules of anatomy.
I don't intend to sound mean or harsh, but it might be better to refer back to the basics of anatomy to further improve on your humans.
