Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactOoh this sounds like a fun way to start our friendship X'D alrighty okay lets start with the linear. I realize you're shooting for the MLP style and Rarity looks fantastic for that~ I know you don't have an example for Spike and theres a few (tiny) lines that could be trimmed on Spike (The edge of the jawline could be pushed in, the head could be a bit smaller on the top)and thats only the real complaint I have on that, it looks really good ^^
With color, Spike's purple looks really pale compared to have vibrant the other parts about him are, and with your shading looks like you have multiple light sources. Like you have shading on every part of Rarity's body and then you only have lighting on her hair, and every part of her hair has lighting. (Some of it should be shaded ;v<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="
" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="387" title=" (Wink)"/> Your shading is also extremely dark, shading can be slightly darker than the actual color, and thats usually how it looks. Like with your current shading, its like they're under stadium lights, not natural lighting or room lights.Uh thats all I can really think of -w-'' but I love this picture X3 good job~
